I was born in Toledo, Ohio and moved to Northern Virginia in 1967. I moved to Loudoun County, VA in 1980 and in 2005 my husband and I moved to Clarke County, VA where we have a small "farm". Currently, the other residents are 1 dog, 2 cats, several chickens, 3 mules, and 1 horse. I am a life-long animal lover and learner as evidenced by my first major career as a Veterinary Technician. That led to completing my B.S. in Biology and then to a Ph.D. in Biochemistry with a specialty in Immunology. I taught Immunology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Directed the Medical Technology Program at George Mason College for 15 years. So where does Real Estate fit in? My father was a Realtor and when I was looking at leaving the teaching profession, I decided to give Real Estate a "try". Turns out I LOVE IT, and I haven't looked back. Actually, I have embraced this career whole-heartedly, earning my Broker's license as well as several other designations to strengthen and deepen my understanding of Residential Real Estate.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and have helped over 150 families reach their homeownership dreams. From a small lot in Harpers Ferry, WV to a 25 -acre horse farm in Loudoun County, I treat all of my clients with the same respect and dedication and deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.
